Why I built this

I built the first version of this for my cousin. He runs a bakery on his own, and he was taking orders through Google Forms, copying them into a spreadsheet, then chasing the missing details through Instagram DMs. Nothing he could sign up for fit the way he actually sold: in batches, with an order window that opens and closes, not a shelf of stock sitting there all year. So I built him a storefront that worked that way. Then I started using it for my own soap business, and it worked there too. That's when it stopped being a favour for family. If a one-person bakery and a weekend soap maker both needed this and couldn't find it, plenty of other people were stuck in the same place. A Special Batch is for them.
